Postdoctoral Fellow in Turbulence Modeling
The Center for Predictive Engineering and Computational Sciences (PECOS) at Th University of Texas at Austin has openings for Post-Doctoral Scholars in turbulence modeling. Applicants are sought with strong background and experience in fluid dynamics, turbulence simulation and modeling, scientific computing, and numerical PDEs. Experience in large-scale parallel code development, and modern software engineering practices is essential. Applicants must have a Doctorate in Engineering, Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

Postdoctoral Fellow in Stochastic Modeling
The Center for Predictive Engineering and Computational Sciences (PECOS) at The University of Texas at Austin has openings for Post-Doctoral Scholars to develop algorithms and techniques for stochastic modeling with applications to calibration, validation, and uncertainty quantification in turbulent combustion. Applicants are sought with a solid background in adjoint analysis, solution of partial differential equations, scientific computing, and numerical analysis. Experience in large-scale parallel code development, and in modern software engineering practices is essential. Applicants must have a Doctorate in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

Postdoctoral Fellow in Uncertainty Quantification
The Center for Predictive Engineering and Computational Sciences (PECOS) at The University of Texas at Austin has openings for Post-Doctoral Scholars to develop algorithms and techniques for stochastic modeling with applications to the calibration, validation, and uncertainty quantification of complex physical models. Applicants are sought with a solid background in statistics, probability, Bayesian inference, and inverse problems. Applicants should also have knowledge in one of the following topics: stochastic Partial Differential Equations, optimization, or model reduction. Applicants must have a Doctorate in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
